1 Cups of Milk ( I use almond or coconut)
1 Scoop of vanilla protein ( I use Spirutein)
1 Cup of frozen pineapple
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Acai powder
1 Tbsp Coconut Chips
1 Cup of Ice
Add all ingredients into blender and blend! Top with chia seeds and coconut if desired!
