1 Cup – Hi-protein pancake mix
1 Tbsp – Maca Root powder
1 Cup – Coconut Milk
1 Tsp – Sea Salt
In a large mixing bowl, mash 1 banana (leave a little chunky), then add pancake mix, maca powder, coconut milk, eggs and salt. Mix until blended well.
Use a skillet and turn to medium heat. Grease with coconut oil and cook pancakes! Top with banana or whatever fruit you desire!
